Please cancel at least one week in advance.Regarding cancellations, a cancellation fee will be charged per person as follows.
For course menus, on the day of your visit: 100% of the reservation fee (including changes in the number of people).
A 50% cancellation fee applies from 3 days prior to the reservation date. For groups of 14 or more, a 50% cancellation fee applies from 1 week prior to the reservation date (changes in the number of people incur a 50% cancellation fee from the day before). For private bookings, a 50% cancellation fee applies from 2 weeks prior to the reservation date (private bookings must be confirmed by 1 week prior; any changes in the number of people thereafter incur a 50% cancellation fee per person).
For reservations for seats only, the charge is 2000 yen for groups of 10 or more on weekdays, and 3000 yen for Fridays and Saturdays.
